The most special moment in this engagement session was when I get to shoot inside the Canon Theatre. I had been to this theatre for a few times before when I saw the Phantom of the Opera in the 90s. It is a beautiful theatre. I am very happy that I can have the opportunity to shoot inside the balcony section with Teresa and Darren. Then we shoot at the Osgoode Hall.

I like everything simple and pure, that’s the way I photo shoot with Helen and Vincent. A relaxing afternoon at the Harbour Front and Music Garden. We spent two hours in the late afternoon to captured their happy life together.

I still distinctly remember shooting Sabina and Ranky’s engagement session – it was the coldest shooting session I ever had! Now the winter has past, and their wedding has proven truly warm and great fun. They shared so many laughs with me which I still think about. I really enjoyed the whole day.

This wedding is a cute one, nothing complicated. I love this couple, always having fun with them since their engagement session at the airport last year. Their wedding took place at the Arta Gallery at the Distillery District. I shoot a wedding at the same location last year with another couple. It is a nice place for wedding ceremony where the guests and the couple are more closer.

In 2011 wedding season, I have three couples host their banquet at the same location. This is the first of three weddings that I was shooting at the Markham Event Centre this year. I started the day at 8am at Claudia’s home. I really liked how the grooms dressed. The whole day went well except that the temperature was a little bit on the cool side. There was a lot of singing and dancing at the reception and I never stopped shooting to capture all the great moments. Here are some highlights of the day.

The Canadian Chinese Media Network, also known as Wow TV, invited me to their talk show “Life@5″ for an interview. The host Rudy Lau asked me about my photography style and how I work with my clients. It was my first time doing a TV appearance.

I have another opportunity to do a studio session at the same studio I shoot with Sarah last time. Jennifer is a performer with a dance company. I enjoy this session so much. She is very beautiful and natural. Love the result of this photo set.
